The new IBM Power architecture CPU that was derived from the Watson project (of Jeopardy fame) will be featured in the Wii U as the CPU. IBM has stated that with the new architecture, they'll be able to fit "a lot" of embedded DRAM (pictured above is DRAM, not the CPU) thanks to the fact that the CPU is a custom 45nm chip. It is in fact, the same processor technology found in Watson, but don't expect to see you get your ass beat by a video game console at Jeopardy just yet. At least we know Skynet will have a friendly face to greet us with.
