The setup will be a bit different, but the rules and allowed stages will be the same as last time (with some more clarification and ommission of retarded rules that don't seem to make any sense).
New rule: If you miss your match, there are no make-ups. I was lenient before, but this time I want things to go right. BE RESPONSIBLE!
Oh yeah, and this time I won't be recording off a CRT screen, so yay! :D
